Ultrasound Diagnostic school Uds Told me I got a Pell Grant which as long as I graduated I wouldn't owe money back. Jacksonville Florida

Well I went there shortly after I graduated they told me I was to receive the pell Grant which is a gift from the government that I would not owe money for as long as I graduated. Well guess what I did I am only supposed to owe 2,000.00 I payed it down to a little under 900.00 and the school shut down/ was bought out and now I am told I owe 15,902.00 but I haven't gotten any income tax back since 2013 cause it was taken to pay for my student loans. Also my hourly wages have been garnished. So why do I owe 15,902.00. Also they were supposed to provide me without job placement when I graduated but have never been able to get a job in the medical assistant field. Get told I need at least 2-5 years of experience before anyone will hire me. I asked how to obtain those years and was told to volunteer but I have bills. So I feel as if I have been shafted. I want justice. I will contact the department of education myself. But if they can't help me. I will never be outta debt. Please HELP.
