Union Plus Brandrite Failed to perform and then failed to issue refund as promised. Las Vegas Nevada

Mr. Stephen Woods calls with the promise of advertising that will be seen by all the union employees in your area and that you will get calls/referrals from this advertising.  As a matter of fact, if you don't get referrals/calls you can get a 100% refund.  I never got one call or inquiry from the advertising which I can only assume was even done.  When I called about my refund they told me they could not issue a refund as they showed that I had had activity on my account?  I had zero activity from any referral or call or anything as far as I know.  They sure didn't send me anybody.  They will not furnish that information to me and will not furnish the promised refund.
