union workers credit services a scam and I am not a union member and am in bankruptcy dallas, Texas

I got this letter in the mail from this company offering me a $10,000 guaranteed line of credit and credit card with them and their catalog. I am not a union member and I am in bankruptcy! I cannot get credit right now at all and there is no phone number to contact them. They asked for a $37 check or money order which was also odd. They could use the routing number and account number to steal money aswell. I first googled to see about the company to contact them and ask for my name to be removed from their system; as I was NOT interested anyway. I don't know where they got my information but they need to be stopped and put in jail!
