Sandra Sipe is probably one of the biggest "known" backyard breeders that exists in Bengal breeders today. She takes peoples deposits or money in full for a kitten.. than says that kitten died. Or developed a fault. She will "replace" the kitten with her very next litter. That next litter comes along.. and again.. somethings wrong with the kittens, the kittens have died, been promised to someone else, developed a fault, arent "breeder" quality. Eventually you start to see those same kittens on other breeders sites.. already sold to someone else. Even ones she said that died. She has been banned from TIBCS due to her very shady ways. She has had cats seized due to poor health. Shes had cats die from dehydration and liver failure. Things got so bad she moved more than six hours away from where she used to live because she couldnt even pay for cat food or power. I was one of her victims. Paid a $500 deposit on a breeder quality kitten three years ago. (Didnt live in AK then). She told me she was so broke and asked me for another $500 as a "payment" when the kitten was 6 weeks old. Should have been a warning sign but I did. Then my kitten died. A cause was never offered.. just a replacement from her next litter. Sandra acted so sad and I felt so bad. Funny thing.. my kitten ended up at another breeders house. I discovered that about 3 months later. She was collecting money from us BOTH at the same time. This is ILLEGAL. When asking around about Sandra I realized shes done this to SOO many others. I had TEN at last count that she owed kittens or deposits too. She is a true scam artist and I stay away from anyone associated with her. She has tons of horrible reviews just like this online. Its a shame shes still breeding and a bigger shame from anyone that buys from her and continues to support her ways.

Hello Sandra. I come in contact because I would like a return from you. I already sent a message on instragram and you blocked me there. I sent a message on facebook and they do not respond. Some years ago I sent $ 3500, to acquire Voodoo with puppies of the Rumor ALC. You gave up selling Voodoo and then I lost my facebook and all my contacts. I read the authors report and was shocked and sickened because it's almost exactly what I have experienced. Five years later, SANDRA Sipes, Garza, Cobos, Keefer ( and whatever other name she goes by) is still doing the same thing to other innocent people. Would like to hear from the author. Wish I saw this report sooner :(

b****. She don't do that. She's givin everybody who's had trouble they're money back and also a refund kitten I promise you filthy h**. Have you stopped to think...maybe she has at home problems or other stuff that might be keeping her from her work. I think not so f*** you very much. I had a rough couple of years and I am NOT an backyard breeder! I have not had any cats confiscated either. Over the last year I have been working hard to fix what was messed up via replacements or refunds. I am happy to fix the situation if I can figure out who you are. I do keep good records and I have NOT worked or had communication with a KrystalG. If you let me know who you "really" are I would be happy to work with you to resolve this issue. I have had many satisfied people and I have worked really hard to refund and replace what I owe. I look forward to resolving this issue. Thank you in advance!
