Unique Prints Cattery Sandra Sipe Has not refunded money as promissed. Round Rock, Texas

I put a deposit on a kitten two days old that had deceased at two weeks old due to inexperienced tube feeding. The kitten developed phenomena with fluid in its lungs and died in her care. She refused to refund my deposit and promised another kitten in the next litter.

Two months passed and she was hesitant on telling me she had another litter because the breeding pair was not hers and she did not want to tell the breeding pairs owner that there was a litter.

Due to her deception to myself and the breeding pairs owner, I requested a full refund of my deposit. She agreed she would refund my deposit but she would have to do so in payments because she spent my deposit.

Payments were not made consistently and I had to demand payment many times before one was sent. It is now a year later and she still owes me $550 which is more than half of the deposit owed to me.

Her excuses of not being able to pay me in timely payments has been such as she cannot feed her cats and she also stated her husband left her and drained her bank account. She failed to commit to a monthly payment amount and she refuses respond to my emails.
