Paid off my loan after 4.5yrs said they would send me my total 3-9 weeks. 10 weeks later there was no title, they don't send u a total it turns out the release a " DMV Hold" on your title that u then need to go to the DMV and pay $31 to get a new title. They are lying sacks of s***. One person says one thing and another says another DONOT USE THEM!?!
