United Auto Credit United auto Won't release title after being paid off for 2 months , Internet

We paid off our vechile 5-29-12 and been given run around saying we still owe 53.00 but has been waived by company. We never owed ne more money and was told 6-6-12 that should recieve title in 5-7 days because that is how long process takes. Didn't recieve and called back and said to us it takes 30-60 days and that it still hasn't been processed. we sold this vechile and they won't release the title. we don't owe any money and have no reason to hold off on the process. everytime we call we get hung up on so we talk to a supervisor and was told you have to wait it takes 1-2 months. Never heard of such a thing and the employees all say 5-7 days and others will tell you 24-72 hours. really get your act together and release the title.

We have bought car and such before and to recieve title usually you have in your hand within 2-4 weeks. It is 7-2-12 and called today and said it hasn't been processed call again next week it take s 1-2 months however last week was told we should have pink slip in the next 5 days if not call back. What a bunch of lies. We never did anything to deserve this treatment nor action. Filed complaint with BBB however not part of BBB and total of 86 with them and 21 of them united auto never answered back too. They are A A**. anyone looking for auto loan would never recommend them and we bought this car and been financed with them since 6-2010 never again will go through this company and dealers shouldn't either...
