I contacted them for the cost of repairing my camera. The specific problem was to replace a rubber lens protector. They quoted that the cost would be $25, plus $13 for shipping. So I sent it to them. Now they've sent me two estimates one for $108 and one for $119.92. If I choose not to have them do anything, the charge is $35 plus $13 for shipping.

I have sent them email and left a message with no response.
