United Cash Loans are constantly calling me on the phone and saying I owe them money that I never received !! They have all of my personal information !

I did Apply online for a cash loan that I received from Plain Green Loans !  Plain Green Loans is just fine !

What I'm Reporting is agents United Cash Loans ! United Cash Loans only calls me on  the Phone and Requesting payment of $300  that I never borrowed !! The Person that calls me sounds like a African male with a thick accent ! The phone number they call me from is 1-646-558-2281 !
