On 11/24/2008 UCB rec'd full payment for an account. 60 days have elapsed and they continue to fail to update account as PAID, even after disputes with CRAs. A second account, is being reported past legal reporting period. Sent an "Intent to File Suit" letter as well as a complaint to OH Atty General. I have clear, concrete proof of payment via bank statements. I have every intent of suing if they do not recitify in 14 days time.
