5/30/09 I was approached by a man said to be representing UFC in a local mall. He gave me the line about how he needed money for college and if I donated I could get a voucher for 25% off textbooks at any school in the U.S. He gave me a pamphlet, and everything looked legit. He had me sign a slip that explained the return policy.

He walked me to an ATM, and I got cold feet. I told him I didn't want to pay anymore, but he kept pressuring me asking "are you trying to get me kicked out of school?" He then told me that if I didn't pay, the company would sue me because I had already signed the slip!

After paying a ridiculous $160 subscription, to what I was told would go to a children's hospital, I got a bad feeling and after leaving the mall, I returned a few minutes later and asked him to void my slip and return my money. He said he didn't have it and there was nothing I could do.

I started getting angry and raising my voice, and he began calling me "crazy." Then he proceeded to run towards a white van, and drove off. With two other men.

Luckily I got the plate numbers and called the police! Turns out, he had my cash on him the whole time and not to mention a huge rap sheet.
