This company starts off OK, but in the end they make things worse. I started with them to try to fix my debt. NOW I AM I COLLECTIONS. They took my money monthly and did not pay my cards. They said they worked an arrangement with my cards but that is not true.. I tried to contact them, but guess what, they have a person answering the phone, but after being connected to customer service no one picks up. I am pissed. I would to take this further. No, I am going to take this further.

I am dealing with the same issues! I am so frustrated (to put it nicely). I had excellent credit prior to signing with this company. Now they have fallen behind on payments and ruined my credit score. There is alot of my money that is unaccounted for in 2010. I had to pay two of the four cards off myself and am currently working on the other two. Supposedly they are working to find the missing money and help repair my credit, but once again i am having trouble getting anyone to return my calls. WHAT A DISASTER!
