I have been wrongfully charged for service fees from this company. I have also had my credit destroyed since contracting with them in November of 2009.

They have continually made late payment to my creditors. I have been terminated from the program from my creditors due to UFS not paying my accounts on time. I have paid them every month, the same day, on time. They have been illegally collecting my money and not dispersing in a timely fashion.

I am filing a lawsuit against this company, which may turn to a class action with all the other complaints I have discovered.
