 I paid the 34.95 to united lending because they guaranteed a loan to me. I was turned down by everyone. I sent them an email regarding a refund where they responded by saying that I need to send them 5 denial letters for the refund. I tried to go back into my account to get the names of the agencies and my account did not exist anymore. I've emailed them a few times but they have ignored them.
