United Mortgage Solutions Modification scam, ripoff, stole money Fair Oaks, California

My mortgage officer referred me to United Mortgage Solutions telling me that they could help me modify my Bank of America home loan.  I paid United Mortgage Solutions $2000 to modify my home loan.  When I received a letter from United Mortgage Solutions stating their offices were moving, I contacted them to learn the status of my modification and no one answered the phone.  I became concerned and contacted Bank of America to find out if the modification was processed.  Bank of America informed me that United Mortgage Solutions was informed in February that I did not qualify for a modification which was before they requested the payment from me!  Therefore, United Mortgage Solutions knew full well they could not help me and still requested money from me.  I have been attempting to contact United Mortgage Solutions for a refund and there is no answer and no one from the company has contacted me in several months.  It is a shame that companies will take advantage of people that are experiencing difficulty.  United Mortgage Solutions is obviously a scam as they have not provided the services promised and have made no attempt to contact me, and I am unable to contact them.  Beware of this company and if you need a modification contact your lender directly!
