Someone gave me the name James Cooper (but he sounded like he wasn't from this country) called my home and my work telling me I'll go to jail if I didn't repay a loan (which I never had). After reading this website I called them back and asked for the guy and let them know my attorney will be contacting them to resolve this issue. At that time he acted like he couldn't speak english very well and hung up on me. I called back and let them know I'll be giving the FBI the OK to tape my phone calls so they can have it on tape. And of course the guy had no idea what I was talking about and hung up.
