These people call me once a month but call 10 to 15 times in a row because I won't cooperate with them. They have called me names like uneducated, moron, stupid and ignorant all because I keep arguing with them that I want information about them. They state that a lawsuit is being filed against me for an internet payday loan. I have never had an internet payday loan. They will not give me a number to call and the number on my caller ID is only 444-198.
They have thick accents that are hard to understand and they will not give you any information. If I argue with them and hang up they call back time and time again calling me names. Yesterday the lady told me she is putting me on a hotlist to be called hundreds of times a day. These people are scam artist and need to be stopped. If anyone knows how to reach these people or if there are any lawyers that are interested in going after these people please let me know. I am tired of being insulted and harassed by these people.

Old Scam, New Name
AUTHOR: Jim - (U.S.A.)

These a*holes are calling from India or Pakistan using fake american sounding names, their scam is To scare you into paying a "Loan' that doesn't exist.
Their Game plan is to scare you by threats like "Have the police at your door" or "Warrant has been signed" or "You're in big trouble", "You've committed BANK FRAUD" or similar lies.
They usually say they're from "The Department of LAW and Investigation" or similar scary FAKE NAMES You're NOT in trouble, they're just good Liars, Pay them NOTHING, they're only Slimy thieves.
OR IF YOU WANT PROOF THEY'RE THIEVES Tell them to send you verification there's any "Debt" at all, if they start screaming at you, that's proof positive that they're just thieves.
When they call again tell them they're just thieves and hang up, they can't arrest you, It's just a scam.
