United Nations Legal Department Threatened legal action New York, New York

I received a vm on my cell phone this afternoon (9/25/10) requesting that I call immediately or face legal actions. I returned the call which had a New Your area code and spoke to someone who asked what phone number I was calling about.

I was told that money was owed to Cash Networks and that the United Nations Legal Department was handeling the case.  I was told that in March of 2010 Cash Networks gave me moneyand that if I did not make arrangements to pay $300 that a lawsuit would be downloaded to the courts. 

I informed the gentleman that I made no transactions with anyone or anything called Cash Networks and that I would see them in court and at that time I was told that I would be placed under arrest.
