United Processing Threatening Calls Jacksonville Florida

I recieved a message at my home from a Vincent Hannah from United Processing telling me that it was very important to my freedom to return his phone call.
I panicked and called him back immediatly. It was 11:00 am. He told me that he was hired on behalf of a payday loan company and that he had a check that I had written to them in the amount of $600.

He told me that I had until 12 noon to pay the amount in full or I would be arrested and charged with five different felonies. I freaked and asked how this could be taken care of and he gave me instructions on how to send the money via western union.

At first I was going to pay the amount because I have two small children and I was scared of going to jail, so I called back and asked if I could have until 1 pm to pay it. He agreed and told me that if it wasn't paid by 1pm that I would be arrested within minutes after the hour.
Then I realized that I am not supposed to be contacted by any creditors because I am filing bankruptcy. I contacted my lawyer's office but he was in court so his secretary told me to call Vincent Hannah back and tell him that it would be taken care of shortly. I did.

About an hour later I recieved a phone call from a Lisa at United Processing saying that my lawyer had contacted her and that she was still sending a warrent to my local sheriffs dept. to have me arrested. She said that bankruptcy would take care of the loan but I could still be charged with the bad check felonies. My lawyer said that he would take care of them and I haven't heard from United Processing since. I am hoping that this is the end of it. If anyone plans on filing suit against them please contact me because I would love to see them punished for pain and suffering, mental anguish and all the other crimes that I am sure they are commiting!
