United Propane Gas Taken customers credits off the accounts and then telling office managers to prove it was theres in order to get it back, we are talking thousaands of dollars. Also they charge customers in the state Paducah, Kentucky

This company will do anything to get extra money from the customers. Including taking the credit balances off accounts if been there more thrn one year. They will make customer prove the money was there before they will correct. They charge customers in Alabama the wrong tax and then will go back has far as two to three years and charge back to customer account even though customer has paid the bill at time of service. The company knows it is not charging the right tax and then the punish the customer for there mistakes and expect them to pay the mistake. They charge the customer for unused gas after they pick up the rental tanks, plus the rent they owed. This company will not bill customer for the rent every year. They play dirty and wait until tank is pickup and then they charge hundreds of doolrs in fees. Why were customers not billed for there rent and non usage yearly by this company. This company is very untrustable in all in deals. If you call customer service you get no answer. Then when someone calls you back they are rude and unperfessional. As many times has I have contacted this company I have found very few people that know what is going on at the office. There used to be a lady there named Tracey and she was very good at her job and she talked with respect. She may not I always gave you the answer you wanted to hear but she was far and tried her hardest to get the problem solved. From what I am understanding she no longer works at this company. What a shame they did not employee more people like her who cared about the customer and the company. I have Spoke with a few of the office managers who also say they miss her and that she was alot of help to them also. This company needs to get its act togeather and get this company going in the right direction or they will be losing even more customers.
