SOMEDBODY FINALLY CALLED AND SAID THEY WOULD CHECK INTO THIS SITUATION OF MY PRE BOOK AND STILL CANT TALK TO NOBODY THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER PHONE OR RETURN CALLS.I DO BELIEVE UPG IS TRYING TO RIP ME OFF. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR ALMOST 15 YEARS NOW AND I CANT BELIEVE HOW I AM BEING TREATED. UPG STILL OWES ME 145.8 GALLONS FROM THE PRIOR YEAR.

United Propane Gas Company Won't deliver my pre booke gallons I bought back in September 2013, UPG won"t answer phones nor will they return phone calls. I also have 145.8 gallons of pre booked gas from prior year that they still owe me. i have been a customer for almost 15 years and I can't believe how they're treating me as a very good customer. They won't talk to me !!!
