We wish we would have brought this web site up before we paid this years service charge.
We purchased our plan on January 25, 2007. I can not make out the names of the people from United Vacation who signed the contract, probably done intentionaly.  We do have one name when we tried to book a trip, her name was Elise Fonteno.

Like other people who we have read about there were a lot of promises made during the presentation.  They made it sound so easy that we felt it was a great idea and purchased the plan for $6694.00.

When we wanted to use the plan we were told that we would have to pay money up front, about $200.00,  with not guarntee that we would get the day or place we wanted and would forfeit that money if we could not go at what times they said were available.

We decide d that everytime we tried to book something that the thought of just giving up the $200.00 was not worth it.  If we were a retired couple and could travel at any time this would be OK.  What a mistake this was.

I feel that we were Ripedoff big time. We have been paying our yearly fee to Capital Financial in Clearwater Florida.  Since United Vacations has gone out of business years ago how could Capital Finacial keep charging us.

How do we go about getting our money back from both United Vacations and Capital Finacial who have taken our money with no service rendered?  If there is a class action against United vacations and Capital finacial Services we would like to be contacted.

We have continued to pay the yearly service charge, in fact we just paid the last one a few days ago.
