I have had nothing but problems with this site.  I attempted contact through their supposed 24 hour Help Desk, have called the toll free number that no one answers and left message that was thus far ignored, and sent message to the invisible instructor that remains unanswered.  They were quick to take my money but I can not even get one class out of the fee.  Student posting reflect similar experiences (I have them screen printed for reference).   All the positive responses on your site are bogus.  Probably staff members trying to make the site look good so they keep getting money. 

My next step will be to contact my State Department to see what actions I can take against them for taking my money and not providing the service.
