Ross makes his own rules. It broke my heart to see him rip off all those people that needed money to keep their business's going. While I was trying to support my family he only found ways to rip his own employees off. Ross has every bit of what is coming to him.

I am not surprised to see another employee he dragged through the dirt.

HERES HOW TO GET A FULL REFUND

First lets start by stating the facts that you got a cold call from a telemarketer soliciting your business and after being lied to you agreed to hear the terms of what were supposed to be a great deal on some short term funding.  After a week or 2 you had money ACH'd from your business bank account and the cost of your loan triples.  So from the beginning you were mislead into a bait and switch tactic once he took your money, this is fraudulant business and ILLEGAL!  Now chances are you asked to get a refund and revoke your submission but were denied for one reason or another and had no choice but to accept it and cut your losses.  Well all you needed to do were these few things that are guaranteed to get you a FULL REFUND!  It doesnt matter if you were charged 2 days ago or 2 years ago YOUR MONEY IS STILL YOUR MONEY!

Step 1  Gather all your paperwork and get the dates of when and how much was charged.

Step 2  Contact Universal funds at the above number and refuse to speak with anyone but Ross Balula.

Step 3  Demand a FULL refund siting dates and amounts, express how you were fraudulantly mislead and threaten to call the BBB, CT attorney generals office, FBI and Middletown police.

Step 4  Hold strong and dont give in to any crap that he tries to give you.  It was your money before he stole it and still is your money, LEGALLY!

Step 5  Contact the BBB, CT attorney generals office, FBI and Middletown police (all these numbers can be googled)

Now if you dont initially get a refund from calling into universal funds once your complaints hit the BBB and the states attorney calls in you deffinetly will by the close of business that day.  And remember that Ross Fagula is a master manipulator and will do or say whatever he can to avoid giving you your money back but Legally he has to, just know that.  After the ok for the refund is ok's either through Ross himself or via the BBB or states attorney you will recieve a check in the mail 3 business days later.
