I signed up with them almost 2 years ago and noticed recently that my Ccf has gone from $1.049 that I was supposed to be locked into for 5 years, has now risen to $10.049...just a little slip of the decimal point, and my bills are outrageous! I live in a little 14 x 70 mobile home and my bill last month was $270.00...they know how to prey on the low income with the promise of lower bills. Now I see they are launching an investigation of this company...I hope something can be done, in this weather I am being forced to turn my heat down to extreme lows...
