Universal Media Phone - Subscription Scam Montreal Quebec Canada

The initial call is from somone requesting an update to our company for contact information then once they got the info they inform you that they require a PO for renewal of services.  They don't tell you they are recording your messages but ask specific questions that they will use against you later when threatning legal action.  These people manipulate the phone conversation to say what that want to make you feel even more a victim.  The first person turns the phone conversation over to a more experienced person then they begin asking whether you are the authorized contact and if you have a PO. 

Numerous questions follow and they manipulate you into saying yes as this is where they record and threaten legal action.  They will then invoice for a unknown product which they never fully described or informed me about. They invoice for GST and dont quote a GST number nor do they have a webpage or email address. When I try calling them back at the listed number all I get is a voice system and when I try to type in the name of the person I was speaking to it is non existant.  The best I could get was a answering machine and again no one replys back. Once they get your information they call relentlessly trying to bully you and threaten legal action and collection agencies.
