If you want to lose your home to foreclosure go to "Universal Modification Service"!
They took my money (cash) and did not do anything. Tried to contact the "ceo/owner" and my calls were not returned. I have gotten foreclosure notices now with a sale date and the "ceo/owner" is not returning my calls.
Not registered as a business in the state of New York or under any public records for the state of NY.
There is no business on Parsons BLVD in Queens NY and the address 84-58 159th Street in Jamaica Hills NY is a HOUSE!!!
Homeowners beware. This is a SCAM! You cannot find anything about this "company" because it is not a real business!
Do not deal with ANYONE from this company especially Ravin Lakhram ("CEO/OWNER"), Evelyn Deonarine ("PRESIDENT") or Jaclyn Mills ("MODIFICATION SPECIALIST")!
They are not interested in "saving the american dream", they are only interested in taking your hard earned money and leaving you with the foreclosure papers!!!
These people are criminals and should be in JAIL!!!
