uPack Severe verbal abuse from warehouse worker Orlando Florida

I shipped a uPack container from New Jersey to Orlando, Florida. I chose to pickup my boxes at their Orlando warehouse. I pulled my truck in next to my pod and began to load in my boxes. An employee asked me to move my truck. I gladly said yes, could he please move my container closer to my truck when it was moved.

He said no. I said I don't want to carry my boxes farther than I have to. He left and a tall, large and older man came and spoke to me. He demanded that I move my truck. I asked kindly if he could get a worker to move the container to my relocated truck. He said,  You already paid for the services in full, we are not obligated to do anything else." I said that isn't fair and I saw the worker moving containers about 600 feet away.  

I said, I will move my truck if you can ask the worker 600 feet away from me to move my container. He then moved in arms length from my body and verbally abusivly demanded to move my truck or he will have to escalade things. I imediately moved my truck out of fear for my life. My back was severly injured due to having to carry my boxes much farther from the uPack container.

I called customer service and spoke to Joe. All he told me was that he called the location and they denied being verbally abusive and the entire situation. This  goes to show that they are not trained to handle upset customers and they are willing to even lie about the situation to protect thier jobs.
