UPG LLC Received a call from a girl, didnt catch her name that stated she was from JD Marketing and that I had a small loan of $350 that they were going to report if I didnt take care of it now. I asked her to send something in writing. Hamburg New York

Three days later I received a letter from UPG - This communication is from a debt collector and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.Unless you notify the office within 30 days after receiving this notice that you dispute the validity of this debt, or any portion thereof, this office will assume this debt is valid.
