UPG,LLC Scam, want your money, rude, money hungry Hamburg New York

Tues Oct 6, 2015 @11:09AM I received a voicemail from Meagan calling from CPG,LLC stating that I need to call them back because I had a claim against me. Wed Oct 7, 2015 I check my voicemail and return the phone call back to see what was going on. A lady answer my call I didn't catch the name but she had a very strong accent like she was Jamaican or African. I went on to give her my name and the claim number that Meagan left on my voicemail. She went on to tell me that a payday loan company said I own them money from 2011. I'm a honest person and I know in the past I have took out some quick loans but I have always pay them back on time. Then I went on to ask her how much was it and she said "$650". I told her that this was outrages and her response was "ma'am this is not outrage you need to pay this back in full or set up some kind of payment plan". I told her that I will do no such of thing then she got mad and told that they have my information from the loan people and went on to read the info. She said " you got the loan in 2011 while working at Home Depot with the email wit05model@yahoo.com, banking with Security Service with the address 8167 Cheryl Meadow". I told her I still bank with SS and have that email but it is a junk email and that I haven't lived at that address in over 4 years. I ask her to send me the info from the payday loan stating that I own this company so my lawyer can look over it and she told me that I don't need a lawyer and she refused to send the info. I ask her can I speak to her manger because this lady was arguing with me and telling me what Im going to do and the conversation wasn't helping the situation. She still refuse to get a manger then finally after being on the phone for 10 min with her she put he on hold so she can get an manger that was another 5 min of waiting. she got back on the phone to tell me that her manger was unavailable to talk to me so what kind of collection agency don't have a manger available to talk to.  Then she act like she didn’t want to help me or anything. She finally said that she would send me a email with info. I got the email but it wasn’t helpful at all just stating what I oh the collect agency. This company is a scam and is trying to get money from low income people like me because in the past I have taken out loans. I found online other people with slimier stories as mine with even with the same amount the agency is asking for.I want this company to never contact me ever again because I DO NOT own any money to any payday loan from 2011 because if I did own this money then I wouldn't be able to get any loans after 2011 that I have got since then. All loan agency do a credit report to see if you have any unpaid loans and mines have always came back clear because I have always paid back the money so please stop harassing me if not I will get further action from my lawyer. This company is a scam
