On September 24,2008 UPN Services stole 399.00 from my checking account. I started calling the 888-271-6457 number on my account and after three days I did speak to a woman. She refused to give her name and told me I ordered insurance. I told her that I did not order any insurance and asked to speak to her superviser that I wanted the monies refunded to my account. She yelled at me and told me that "everyone must have insurance it is the law" and hung up on me. I tried several times to reach someone again and kept getting shuffled around by automatic phone services and eventually was cut off. I now only get a busy tone when I call. I reported it to my bank and am in the process of disputing the claim. I also reported it to the Police and they are under investigation

Unauthorized Draft

Landmark Clearing (who processes for some of UPN's drafts) issued a letter about fraudulent drafts presented by them. Call 972-239-2327 and tell that you were drafted without proper authorization.
If that doesn't work, call your bank and ask to speak to their Fraud or Loss Prevention department and ask them to return this item as an unauthorized draft.
It is my opinion that when someone falls victim to these types of unauthorized drafts and they have no idea where these people got their account info, close the affected account and open a new account with your bank to get a new account number.
