Uprinting does not care about the quality it delivers Internet

I had simply ordered reordered a design they had previously printed. Upon receiving the card it was clear that yes, it was the same design but the saturation quality was so poor on the second card that the colors were a few shades lighter than the original. When I requested a reprint they said no and the reason varied from "We don't think it's bad enough" (after seeing a very clear photo) to "Well reprints are only official reprints if you call to order them". When I asked why that wasn't stated anywhere on the site she told me that I had asked a good question. The bottom line is that the product arrived poorly cut and with a very poor resemblance of the design that was reordered.
