Received a call from my workplace saying a courier had called there wanting to deliver legal documents on a personal matter to me. They also wanted to talk to HR. Left a number 855-282-2528 which I called and was told an unpaid payday loan from 2009 I was being sued for.

When I called the number the guy went from $789.17 to well over $4000.00 if I didn't make some kind of arrangement today. Once I sign the courier paperwork he can't help me resolve this debt. When I asked the name of the courier service, he didn't know, when I asked the name of the attorney on the case, he didn't know, when I asked the name of the company I supposedly owe this money too, he didn't know.

It's a scam - one that I have been called about before. I don't know where they get their information (the internet I suppose) but don't give them a penny!
