I signed up for auto shipment with Urban Nutrition on one of their products. I did it on the internet. Their website was a bit confusing so I also talked to them on the phone. The shipments are supposed to be once a month but a number of times I have gotten one, then 1 week later another one. They will not pay for items to be returned so you are stuck with them unless you wish to pay postage. Very rude customer service so I cancelled my business with them but had to keep double shipments. I'm unemployed so it was not welcome.

Finally received a return number; raced to the Post Ofc sent stuff back priority mail return receipt with all original info. Surprise surprise Friday late a charge in my account. I kept copies..
