I bought a pair of jeans (CK)for $229.99 with a rebate of $229.99 in May, 2001. I submitted all the required info, waited the 8 weeks, then in August it was posted on my account that the check had been sent. I never received the check and emailed Urbanq.com several times. I got a variety of excuses, even the September 11 bombing of the Trade Center! It is now 11 months since I ordered the item and I still have no rebate.
They even have the nerve to still email me with current promotions!!
I have sent a complaint to just about everyone connected to internet frauds but NOTHING has been done. With all the complaints logged against Urbanq.com, you would think someone would start the process of doing something BEFORE they declare bankruptcy!
It seems like no one really cares about our losses. If they did, they would be out there doing something now!
