Urgently Roadside Assistance is a company full of liars and scammers! These scammers claim to be the "uber" of roadside assistance but in reality they are nothing but another company you are paying to who will outsrouce your information to call centers. They are NOT on-demand! They post these fake trucks around you who have NEVER heard of urgently in their life just to fool you. They say average ETA is 15 minutes on the app but thats a BIG FAT LIE! They are scammers who outsource your information to a call center that MANUALLY finds a tow truck driver for you by calling around that area...

Do yourself a favor and just go find drivers near you by using Yelp and they will charge you a lot less.

These guys fake their reviews on Apple Store and Google as well just to fool you and get your money. Go read REAL reviews by people who have written about the HORRIBLE experience they have had after being fooled by this "UBER" for roadside.

This company is a SCAM and should be shut down! SHAME ON YOU URGENTLY AND ITS GREEDY EXECUTIVES!

I waited 2 hours on the road with my kids using this fake app being advertised by our stupid media. I was called by some "Allied Dispatch Services" telling me that they can't find any drivers around me. I asked them if they are with urgently and they told me that they are a third party calling center and do not work for urgently.

Uber should sue them for false advertising their company. The funny thing is that media and investors out there were fooled by these CON ARTISTS by buying the news that they have an "on-demand" service...

I hope these low life liars get what they deserve in this life!

i see you rebuuted a previous complaint, tell me how are they treating you as a roadside service provider

do you get paid in a reasonable amount of time like w/in a week

do you have to wait on the phone for a rediculous amount of time as a provider

do you get enough service calls from them to even consider them a player

Urgent.ly not a scam

AUTHOR: Roadside24/7 - (USA)

Urgent.ly is not a scam.  They do not operate their own trucks, just like the roadside service through your auto insurance company does not operate their own trucks either.  If you have Geico, for example, they use Agero as their service provider for roadside, which in turn, calls around your area and contracts tow companies and roadside service companies in your area to assist you.  You will not see a Geico, or Nationwide, or USAA tow truck pull up to your location when you use their roadside services.  While Urgent.ly operates the same way as your insurance company does, they are a newer company and do not have as many service providers registered with them as the larger companies do.  Even companies like AAA that DO own their own tow trucks sometime contract calls out to other companies.  I worked for several tow truck companies that contracted with AAA to provide tows.  I have done hundreds of AAA tows and I have never been employed by AAA.  SO before you call a company a scam, please do some research.  All Urgent.ly is is a company that consolidates the services of many service providers into one app so you can make one phone call or use one phone app and multiple companies can be ready to assist you.  Currently, I own a roadside assistance company and one of the dispatch services I use is Urgent.ly.  I have done calls for Geico, Urgent, USAA, etc and I dont work for any of these companies.

Also, you refer to them as the liars for saying they are the UBER of roadside, but that is exactly what they are.  A lot of the roadside service providers that register with Urgent ONLY use Urgent as their dispatch and it is a side job for them.  That is exactly how UBER works as well.
