U.S.Bank Collections said per letter,To the best of its knowledge,Verifes that this afprementioned file also contains the Correctness and validity of the following Fields U.S Bank DDA Accouint number i can not give the account number because of Past ID-theft problems,They say again to the best of its Knowledge? So they U.S Bank is not sure? Open date-11/22/2005

Charge off date-09/08/2006 Balance $399.78. This is not my account i called them it took months to get this sent to me & U.S Bank broke many Collection Laws saying pay or i will go yo Court & be charged 30 persent plus all court fees. fropm U.S.Bank N.A. & United Credit Recovery,LLC.This letter says the account is charged off? again i asked them for Sig.to match mine they said they did not have to sent anything again Threating me with Attorneys & law suits. Ifound out with this eb-page U.S Bank has a class action Law suit against U.S. Bank Standley & Associates,LCC.Says on there letter the balance is $787.03. The Legal Manger told me if i settle i would pay $399.78,Again the letter says this has been charged off? Plus U.S Bank Threatened me & would not sent me anything to varify this is my account i will not pay for 3 reasons,Even if it was my account it was Charged off, Plus U.S Bank says again to the best of its Knowledge they do not even know i even owe them. They said in this letter they have 382,732 Accounts with a book value of $232,320,269.12, on both an aggregate and individual account basis? They are giving me privit information plus broke many Collection lays. I worked in Collections for about 5 years.Iknow they can not do that even if i owed the $399.78, What can i do to sue them or get on the class action lawsuit against them?? Please somebody help me a.s.a.p thanks alot.
