U.S. Career Institute is TERRBILE and they STEAL YOUR MONEY. The customer service is EXTREMELY RUDE when you try to cancel. Everything that they promsie you in the beginning is a lie. The education is minumum and does not meet reruirements.
The guy I talked to in the student services department was not helpful at all and said "too bad, that's the way it is." I asked to talk to his supervisor, Jenny, who was even WORSE than he was. She was so incredibly rude, ignorant and then she HUNG UP ON ME when I asked for my money back.
They say it is 100%money back guarantee -----until you try to cancel. $150 registration fee, $60 "technology" fee, $20 shipping and more that they do not refund you. I DID NOT EVEN START THE COURSE YET OR OPEN THE BOX OF BOOKS THEY SENT.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, GO TO A REAL SCHOOL!
