Us Credit Management - Incus Credit Management took money for services that were not delivered Irving Texas

i signed on with us credit in 2003 later in 2004 i started receiving calls from my creditors, i in turn tried to contact us credit as instructed as time and time again i was unble to reach a person. as time went on i still received calls from creditors and adgain i tried to contact us credit this time i was told that the number was no longer good. i then canceled my payment with my bank. i have tried to contact us credit over time but since have had no contacts with them. i want to know where my money went, and some relief for my pain and suffering. i still get the calls and aslo am having my wages garnished
