US Credit Management ripoff and lies Irving Texas

I cancelled my account with US Credit Management last year. Thankfully, I had only paid them for about 4 months. At that time I was told that I would get a refund of around $300.00. I was told that it would take 60 days.
I waited and nothing happened. I called in September and left multiple messages and send multiple faxes. I finally got to speak with a gentleman that told me that several of past employees had embezzled money from client accounts and guess what? Right, my account was one of the ones hit. My refund amount had been taken, but I was told that they were pursuing these individuals and I should get a refund shortly.

Yesterday I received a notice of bankruptcy regarding US Credit Management.

Thankfully, I am not out too much and I learned a great lesson. There is NO easy way out.
