I was making moving inquires over the net. These people were the first to respond. They sent me an email, bright colorfull ext... They aked approx how many rooms and developed "an estimate/quote." Well at first they seem to be very helpfull. My move as I expressed to them was very tentative (9/3/08).

A rep, Laura, emailed me back and forth and seem very persistant. Well I expressed that I couldn't commit to anything and would like a "free in home estimate." Somehow, that never happened.

They obainted my credit card information, with a note in their records "NOT TO CHARGE the card "...untill they'd receive written or verbal authorization." They called me on Friday, 8/22/08 at 9:00am and stated they wanted to check if it would be ok to move forward with the 'deposit charge of $200.00?" I was so thrown off by the call, I never signed anything and I never stated that I was going to, FOR SURE, use their services for the move! I could NOT beleive they were calling so far in advance--for a deposit of commitment?!

I spoke to JOHN MILLER, he threw me off gaurd by yelling at me that I commited to this and I gave them my credit card information and a note that I would '...have them charge the card on Thursday (8/28/08) and he simply wanted to see if I could commit today?' I replied "NO, I never commited to anything, signed nor verbal!" He interupted and said '...well then let me tell you about our cancellation policy...you will be charged $125.00." I told him that I NEVER authorized this and even if I did, the cancellation fee wouldn't apply according to their "cacellation policy" .

DO NOT INQUIRE OR USE THIS COMPANY. I am so upset that I will discuss this matter with The Better Business Bureau and suggest NOT USING THESE PEOPLE! "Laura", "Ali", "John Miller"

WOW, is all I have to say, wow, what a morning.

Our Response To This Outrageous, Slanderous, Absolutely Defaming Post By A Non-Existent Customer

AUTHOR: Us Express Moving - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 17, 2008

Raymond Gonzalez AKA John contacted US Express Moving Systems in August of 2008 seeking relocation services from Bronx, NY 10461. To Gainesville, Florida.

A Sales Representative probed him through numerous questions gathering as much information from him as possible in order to get a detailed Inventory List of his items he wished for the company to transport for him down to Florida.

All Company Representatives undergo a thorough Training process in which they learn how to get the most detailed information on the potential client's needs for his/her relocation. Upon gathering all of this information, a Binding and Guaranteed Transportation Cost was furnished to Raymond Gonzalez based on the information he provided to the company and deemed accurate.

On August 19th, 2008 Raymond Gonzalez called the company to secure Relocation services with the company for September 3rd, 2008. In order to secure a Reservation with the company, a non-refundable $200.00 deposit is required. At this point, Raymond Gonzalez voluntarily provided the Sales Representative with card number, expiration date, complete pick-up and delivery address, billing address on his MasterCard, with full acknowledgment that it would be billed the required deposit of $200.00. At this point, all the Terms & Conditions were disclosed to Raymond Gonzalez and he asked for the company not to charge the card until August 22nd, 2008. His request was honored.

On August 22, 2008, the Confirmation Department called Raymond Gonzalez to confirm all the details of his relocation and get verbal approval for US Express Moving to make the required deposit on the billing information he provided.

During this conversation, without reason, Raymond Gonzalez became unjustifiably irate. The call was transferred to a Manager in order to resolve his issue by explaining to him that the company was simply trying to get his authorization to charge the required deposit as he had requested. At this point it became clear that Raymond Gonzalez was an unstable individual and Management foresaw complications in fulfilling his relocation needs.

Management immediately removed him from the Operation calendar and his Credit Card was erased never charged.

In or about August 25th, 2008, Raymond Gonzalez posted a defamatory report under the alias of John. Should such complaints been legitimate, he would have used his real name or contacted the company directly or any Credit Bureau as he claimed he would do.

On August 27th, 2008 US Express Moving contacted Raymond Gonzalez inquiring as to why he posted such slanderous information on this website. He immediately apologized, promised to remove the report, and sent an email stating the following:

I have contacted the website and asked for direction of removing any comments. I hope to have the comments removed by tonight but I am waiting on their directive on HOW TO remove the comments.

On August 28th, 2008 he replied:

I am still waiting on instruction to remove some comments off the Ripoffreport.

On September 5th, 2008, he sent an apologetic email stating:

I apologize for not getting back to you I have yet to hear from someone in regards to the request you've made. I am currently dealing with an immediate death in the family and will not be able to keep in touch for the next several days.

After this point, all communications between Raymond Gonzalez ceased. Numerous attempts were made by the company to resolve the situation.

US Express Moving has been in business for over 8 years and one of the most reputable companies in the Tri-State area. US Express Moving maintains an updated website with all of the most recent reviews from all of the satisfied customers who have most recently used the company's relocations services.

This report was perpetuated by an individual who at no point was a client of the company. Raymond Gonzalez has no justifiable case against the company or any of its agents.
