US Freightways fradulent claims to withhold legal pay, lied about how much freight was paying, on % of load. ELK GROVE, Illinois

I was signed on as an o/o on 6/3/10 and everything was as stated for the first month. However after I went home after 3 1/2 weeks on the road, (Mother in nursing home) I was not offered anymore loads that would meet expenses (monthly charges to the truck of about $1,400), when I stated that the loads that I was being offered was not sufficient to even meet expenses, I was left sitting in Harrisburg Pa for several days to soften me up so I would start accepting cheaper paying freight. After sitting in Tampa Fla. for 1 1/2 days without one call from dispatch, I called and requested a load back to the Chicago area to turn in leased equipment and company property. At 5:30 pm on friday I  was offered a load from Ala to Wi. with deadhead included (450) the trip only paid 1.05 a mile total. I called broker and informed him that I would be in Auburn Al between 2 - 3 pm the next day to pickup. When I arrived some other carrier had already picked up the load. I was then forced to deadhead at my own expense to Chicago to turn in equipment. After I turned in leased trailer they created a false claim report that in substance that I owed $1,685 for recovery, tire damage and repositioning even though I returned trailer to rental yard In essence they conspired to keep all of Julys income and part of June. Around $5,000.
