I was told that I would mailed a credit card with a limit of $2,500, and all I needed to do was pay $250 from my checking account like a secured credit card. I several weeks after the 7-10 day wait, received my card only to find out that this was not a credit card. It was a card that could only be used online at Their web address. I have "limit" of 2,500 and i Paid 250 dollars, but if i want to order anything (because I have to since they refused to refund my money or even let me speak to a supervisor) They expect me to pay for the merchandise from my checking account. So how is this right? Why do I have a credit limit? Why did I pay 250 and why do I not have a CREDIT card! This is FRAUD! I have been hung up on, and refused help!
