I was charged $54.90 US on July 26, 2018 for a Blanket I ordered as a gift for a friend. 

Within a couple of hours I received a confirmation email back.  "Order #33886 Thank you for your purchase ! Hi Susan, we're getting your order ready to be shipped.  We will notify you when it has been sent" Oder summary  MY CATS blanket $49.95 + Shipping $4.95  Total $54.90 USD. Note:  That converted to $73.66 CDN on my MasterCard Statement.

The confirmation email also stated "If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at support@usgoodgear.com" 

I now have 20 messages saved in my phone that I have sent to them plus one I did on a Home PC.

I've received the same message back over and over from Jami Poynter, some messages have come from Stella Mary (Omega Team)

"We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience caused to you.  As for the order, it is on the way to the destination, could you give us more time to deliver it? The tracking number will be updated as soon as we receive the shipping company's announcement"

I have REPEATEDLY asked for a tracking number and whether or not the shipping company had contacted them yet re my order.

I am receiving nothing back from this company now.  Today's date is Sept 22, 2018. They have stopped responding to my email requests.  The phone number on my MasterCard Statement is 1.971.300.7007 OR

It took about 2 months.  I wasn't provided with any tracking number and the company was very evasive ... but in the end the item was received.  I emailed us good gear with an update and told them to improve their tracking system and communication !
