US Mattress Never delivery the mattress and NEVER GET A MONEY REFUND! BRIGHTON Michigan

On Oct 8, 2007, I ordered a Queen Stearns & Foster Caravelle Firm Mattress Set which costs $ 1299 from Mattress USA, Inc.. My credit card was charged on the same day.

On Oct. 16th I received an email from them saying my order has been processed.

customer service said it will be shipped in 2-3 weeks. I waited for 3 weeks and they never delivery the mattress. I emailed them and never got a response. Then I called & was told they would look into this order and get back to me. No response after that. I called again on the 4th week. They cant provide me with any further information about when this mattress can be shipped or the reason of the delay.

On Nov 5th, the 5th week, I called and asked if the mattress can be shipped in a week.
They said NO. So I requested a full refund which is $ 1299 back to my credit card over the phone. I expected that they will send me a confirmation e-mail regarding the refund. But they never sent any email.

So I called them 4 days later and told me I would like to get an email sent to me with information regarding the refund. I would like to see when this refund is made and the amount. They said they will do it which they never did.

Last week, between Nov 12 - Nov 16, I called them again and also emailed them asking for an e-mail to be sent to me regarding the refund. the lady on the phone said " oh I see someone left a note about sending an email to you, guess they never did. I will do it". She never did. And I never receive a response from them neither.

I called them again this week on Nov 26 and 27th. they said they are unable to email me a confirmation but the refund will be made to your credit on Nov 28th.

It never showed in my credit card.. It has been almost TWO month after they charged my card and now I still can't get my money back. What kind of a company is that?
