US Mattress USMATTRESS.COM 5 Weeks, NO MATTRESS Brighton Michigan

 I ordered a mattress the second week of July online. It was supposed to be delivered in "2-3 weeks", which worked well with our move into our new home on August 1st. the e-mail I recieved initially said "expected delivery of July 28th". This day came and past, so i contacted the delivery agent, Pilot Freight. The agent informed me that the mattress had been lost several days earlier. i then contacted US Mattress, who informed me that they would have to investigate and they would get back to me. Another 2 days go by and no call. I then contact US Mattress again, and am told that i can opt for a new mattress to be shipped, or take a refund. It is now the second week of August, and we are in our new house with no bed to sleep on. I chose the new mattress option because the price was very good and I couldn't afford to put additional money with my refund to purchase the mattress locally.

The US Mattress representative told me I should have my mattress within two weeks. i recieved an order tracking number. As of today, two weeks after the supposed second mattress was supposed to be delivered, the tracking info says "being manufactured".

Closing in on six weeks and no mattress.... Although the money was debited out of my bank account instantly upon the order being placed.
