These folks make affiliates of legitimate on-line businesses, and give them a bonus when they originally sign an individual up, and residual income from the monthly charges they collect.

These legitimate businesses tell you that you MUST have a Merchants Account to do their business, and that they recommend US Merchant Services. (How convenient for them!)

I paid the usms monthly charges for quite awhile, but since I live 4 miles from the nearest paved road, and 1/4 mile from the nearest gravel road, I was NOT overrun with folks coming in to use my merchants account. I cancelled the credit card I had originally used, so they couldn't debit that account.

I had forgotten I had paid them by personal check once, or maybe twice. Thus, they had my bank routing number and account number. When I quit paying, they electronically withdrew funds from my checking account WITHOUT my permission. I believe this is larceny and thievery! Because of their withdrawls, my monthly check to my Church has bounced, and I am now classified as a financially irresponsible a*s-hole by many people at the Church. Trying to explain that my checking account has been ripped off doesn't quell the gossip, nor change anyone's minds.

These thieves have hurt me more than they can EVER know! I would be thrilled to learn that Federal Agents had arrived at their business and arrested everyone that is ANY kind of a decision making position in the company, and take them away in handcuffs. Then herd all the other people out of the building, and chain and padlock the doors. This action would begin to bring about true justice. I don't think I will hold my breath until this happens, as I would probably turn very blue, and fall over on my pointy head.

These people are a ruthless gang of thieves who don't care who they hurt to make a LOT of money.
