US Merchant Service is a very dishonest comapny. They have terrible customer service and the management takes no accountability.

I was promised by a Janice Waters, Senior Account Executive on 9/22/06 that I would have one payment of $39.90 for my merchant account. I was also promised that my upfront fees would be waved, first month charge waived, 4 round trip airline tickets, $175.00 gift loyalty cards and a link for my customers to pay online. To this day I have not received any of what I was promised.

I was also told that U.S. Merchant Systems guarantee to meet or beat any competitor's rate. I faxed over two offers that were better and they have not matched or responded to this information. The managers or decision makers want speak to me, they stand by and pass information to the customer service reps.

Please do not use this company if they call you please hang up the phone write away. I can not take any orders with my machine. I called the technical support and they have never called me back, I call and leave messages and it willtake me call 3-4 times before I can get a response from any one.

I ask them to downsize my account and they said they could not do that, but they send me a new proposal to upgrade with a higher processing rate.
