US Mortgage Assistance ripoff Macclenny Florida

Reading the other reports about what US Mortgage Assistance has done to others was like reliving my own story.

They promised to save our home, called on a daily basis to reassure me. I did everything they asked, provided all the information needed and then sent them a check. I did not hear from them for months. I went against their advise and called my mortgage holder, who informed me they had never spoke to anyone from US Mortgage Assistance.

After almost a year of phone calls, I was finally told that they were unable to help us, due to no cooperation from the mortgage holder. I was instructed to write a request for my refund. I did this four times. They recieved and cashed my check in November of 2001.

I have been lied to by every employee I spoke with from that company. And me and my two children lost our home, while the consumers they have scammed have paid for their homes.
