This company uses false advertisment and then puts the blame on walmart.com. I ordered what was displayed which was a 12ct box of pens. When the package finally arrived, there was only 1 single pen. I am only able to dispute this through email. I was speaking with Angela and she just keeps blaming Walmart, like walmart packaged the 1 pen. She wants me to ship the pen back at my expense so she can have walmart refund me. I don't know how about sending me the other 11 pens that is advertised in the ad. But she just keeps saying walmart doesn't let them change the photos or the listing. She refuses to see the consumers side and definately doesn't have thick skin working in customer service. I cursed at her in a few of the emails and she got really upset and told me she was blocking me and filing cyber bulling charges against me. Worst company ever. Don't order from them trust me, you will thank me!
